Exploring the unknown while your team optimizes the known
When a worker bee finds nectar, she flies back to the hive and dances the directions: the wiggle dance. Most bees follow it and collect what is already known. They have to. Somebody keeps the hive fed, and in a company that is the team running the processes, the targets and the deadlines.
A few bees ignore the dance and fly into uncharted territory. Most of the time they come back with nothing. Now and then one finds a field none of the followers would have found, dances it, and the whole hive gains.
That is the job we take on. We try new models and tools on our own projects every week and most of it goes nowhere. What works, we bring back and build into the way your team already works, so your team can stay on the known while we look further.
