Who we are
male-b ai studio is the trading name of Male B Solutions CommV, Hemelrijkstraat 41, 8510 Marke (Kortrijk), Belgium, enterprise and VAT number BE0727753881. We are responsible for the personal data described here. Questions about your data go to jotte@male-b.com.
What we collect
Only what you give us. In the intake chat ("Ask us something"): your answers about your goal, the task, your role and when you want to start, your work email address and, if you add it, your company website. If you email us, or message us on WhatsApp or LinkedIn, we receive what you send there.
Why
To send you the AI plan you asked for, to answer your question and, if we work together, to do the work. The legal basis is the step you asked us to take before a possible contract, or the contract itself (GDPR article 6(1)(b)). We do not sell your data, we do not build profiles and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Who else handles it
The site runs on Vercel, which also runs the small function that passes your intake answers on. Those answers reach our mailbox as an email sent through Resend; our mail is hosted by SiteGround. The animations load a script from jsDelivr, which sees your IP address when your browser fetches the file. The typeface is served from our own site. Vercel and Resend are based in the United States, so your data can be processed there. WhatsApp and LinkedIn only come into play when you click those links, and then their own privacy policies apply. How long we keep it
As long as we need it to answer you and follow up on your question. If we work together, as long as Belgian accounting law requires us to keep the records of that work.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we have about you, to limit its use, to receive it in a usable format, or object to its use: mail jotte@male-b.com. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority, dataprotectionauthority.be.
